Despite the roller coaster ride Citrix has been on over the last year, the company put its best foot forward at Citrix Synergy 2018.
Since last year's conference, the company saw another leadership change as Kirill Tatarinov stepped down in July 2017 after only 18 months on the job, and CFO David Henshall took his place. The shake-up sparked more speculation about what was next for Citrix, including the possibility of it going up for sale.
At the conference, which took place May 8-10 in Anaheim, Calif., Citrix had plenty to say regarding existing products such as XenDesktop, XenApp and Citrix Cloud, as well as details on new offerings such as the Workspace App.
Citrix also announced the Best of Citrix Synergy 2018 Awards winners, with categories such as Best of Show and New Technology.
