He has worked with different telcos in different capacities, engaging customers and experts across the globe. He has engaged the customer from early lead stage all the way to delivery and managed services.

Augustine has extensive knowledge in standards such as GSMA RSP, TMForum DSRA, eTOM, SID, TAM and BPMN. He has worked in the product development and system integration space, covering bespoke and COTS systems and has worked in retail and enterprise ICT domains covering GSM, UMTS, LTE, MPLS, VPN, PSTN, xDSL, PSTN and more.
