Simon Masters

Simon Masters helps businesses reduce time to market, increase productivity and reduce cost through Agile transformation. He specialises in leading multi-disciplinary teams to change culture, improve portfolio efficacy, reorganise to improve flow and accelerate delivery programmes. Additionally, Simon leads much of PA Consulting Group's work in Consumer and Retail businesses where he helps organisations respond to and adapt to market disruption and implement technology change. Simon has a background in Programme Management and Operating Model design. He is an accredited Scaled Agilist and Lean expert. Simon spent 5 years at IBM before joining for moving into consulting. What he intended to be a two year consultancy stint has turned into 16 years and counting.
