Piero Macri

Journalist, writer and translator, he actually works as a freelance writer for a selected number of Italian magazines and online portals dedicated to the ICT sector. He’s also  partner of the European Journalism Observatory (Ejo) a non-profit center of the Università della Svizzera italiana based in Lugano. Along with those activities he helds a position as associate partner at Ediformat, a consultancy company for the IT sector. He has a solid foundation in news and feature writing  and enjoy travel writing and investigative reporting.  He worked for 20 years at VNU Publishing Group where he was responsible for the italian B2B titles. Throughout his professional experience he’s been able to follow the most important changes of the ICT industry both from an economic and technology perspective.
