Kelley Damore is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in content strategy, digital media and brand development. As chief content officer at TechTarget, a leading marketing services company, she oversaw the content strategy for a $150 million business and manages a talented 160-person team of writers, editors, graphic designers and video producers. Damore collaborated closely with the executive leadership team to ensure the company's content initiatives aligned with key business goals and sustained growth. She was instrumental in the team's transition under Informa in December 2024.

Prior to joining TechTarget in 2018, Damore served as executive vice president, content and brand director at UBM, where she managed a $15 million portfolio of influential digital media and events brands, such as InformationWeek, Interop ITX and Dark Reading. Damore has held multiple senior leadership roles, including chief community officer and senior vice president at UBM Tech, senior vice president of editorial at The Channel Company, and editor in chief of CRN.

Damore holds an undergraduate degree from the College of Holy Cross and a master's from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. She completed Stanford University's Professional Publishing Course and has won many awards during her 30 years in the publishing market.
