David Beck

David Beck is founder and managing director of David Beck Associates, which creates content for organizations in a variety of industries and professions. He is also editor and publisher of Trendline, a current affairs newsletter.

Beck graduated from Queens College and attended Columbia University Business School's Executive Leadership program. He began his career as a reporter, covering Washington for business publications, and has received the Jesse H. Neal magazine editorial award. He was founder and executive director of the Global Investor Relations Leadership Network, which included companies such as Disney, CVS, Siemens and Deutsche Bank, and has been a columnist for The Wall Street Journal, as well as publisher for Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg BNA. He was editor and publisher of Executive Talent journal, as well as the seminar leader on business communication at MIT.
