Carlos Casanova

Carlos Casanova is the founder and president of Casanova Advisory Services, and co-author of The CMDB Imperative: How to Realize the Dream and Avoid the Nightmares (2009). He is an executive and senior leadership adviser, specializing in operational effectiveness and efficiency initiatives through the transformation of raw data into actionable information. He guides organizations through strategizing, designing and executing real-world organizational change through service and configuration management initiatives.

Casanova has worked in various operational areas during his long tenure at global financial services organizations. Prior to his roles in service management and IT operations, his career included diverse positions, from electronic engineering hardware designer for a military contracting firm to software engineer and architect for a software product company and co-founder of an entrepreneurial startup based on the identification and intelligent analysis of disparate data.
