Celebrating All of TechTarget’s Trailblazing Women―Accelerating Innovation and Success in B2B Tech

Celebrating All of TechTarget’s Trailblazing Women―Accelerating Innovation and Success in B2B Tech“Good leaders organize and align people around what the team needs to do. Great leaders motivate and inspire people with why they’re doing it. That’s purpose. And that’s the key to achieving something truly transformational” ― Marillyn Hewson, CEO Lockheed Martin.

On this International Women’s Day, we recognize the impact of all women in industry and especially the contribution of women across our company. In my role at TechTarget, I’ve seen first-hand our great women help align, motivate and inspire all of our teams to growth and success across our global footprint.

Women are essential to powering our culture, driving forward-thinking innovation and progress everywhere we do business. Women are key to creating the best content, products and solutions our B2B enterprise technology customers require.

With our “TechTarget Women in Business” initiative, we’re focused on attracting, developing, retaining, and advancing people specifically by building their professional networks and providing professional development opportunities. And while we already have the best and the brightest women in sales, marketing, products, technology and editorial, we know there’s more to do.

On this day and every day, we celebrate all that these colleagues bring to our community. We’re also thrilled by the recognition they receive externally. Below is a small snapshot from the last year of how TechTarget women shine in their respective practice areas:

  • Named Top Women in Media, Women to Watch in Sales, and Top 50 Sales Champions by leading industry outlets.
  • Featured speakers at events like the FOLIO show, Massachusetts Conference for Women, the RSA Conference and more.
  • Numerous B2B editorial awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE).
  • MCing leading tech vendor conferences and events.

For 2019 and beyond, we’re incredibly thankful to the women of TechTarget. You can expect them to continue to blaze amazing trails for all of us in the industry in the years to come.
